The Phase CE-2 Elbow sleeve is our low-profile, breathable elbow armor featuring CE Level-2 impact protection. It offers a high level of protection, yet comes in a minimal, lightweight form designed for multi-day ADV trips and enduro-touring missions. The open mesh and unique armor design allow maximum airflow and breathability in a slip-on compression sleeve, built from premium materials that won't slip down your arm yet provide all-day comfort on long rides.

Sold as a pair, Phase CE-2 Elbow Protection comes with a Lifetime Warranty and are covered under Mosko's Crash Care Program.

DESIGN

We approached this elbow armor design knowing we wanted minimalist, lightweight protection that achieves the higher Level-2 CE rating. We wanted elbow sleeves that easily integrated into our kit under jackets, jerseys, and base layers, and remained comfortable for multi-day trips with long days on the bike.

Our sleeve is constructed from premium open mesh and moisture-wicking, compression-fit polyester and spandex, providing a snug fit that stays firmly in place while remaining comfortable during active riding.

Mosko Moto partnered with RHEON™ LABS for our CE-Level 2 amor inserts. RHEON™ Armor is made from a lightweight and pliable energy-absorbing superpolymer that intelligently stiffens when subjected to force. The name Phase 2, is a reference to the phase-changing capability of the armor. In its natural state, RHEON™ Armor it’s flexible and soft, but it firms up instantly to absorb energy in a crash.

RHEON™ LABS uses a patented algorithmic design and 3D printing process that produces a unique open cell packing design that allows for impact absorption, while still allowing air to naturally flow through the armor and around the rider. The end result is lightweight, comfortable, and cool armor that can be worn all day.

Fits on the Snug Side

Really like this elbow pad, once it's on it disappears after awhile. Though I was on the smaller side of Large, and if my arms were an inch bigger I feel like it'd be bothersome. So if you're between sizes, I'd say go up.

The Rheon armor is awesome. The pad has never slid down on me, which is a common complaint with other elbow pads.

Took them out for their first 90° adventure and put them to use right away. When I slipped sideways in a rut and clipped a down tree.

Comfortable CE Level 2 Protection Without the Bulk

They're incredibly comfortable, lightweight, and breathable—I honestly forget I'm wearing them once I get on the bike. They stay securely in place without sliding around, even during long days on the trail.

The armor is flexible and low-profile, so it fits comfortably under a jersey or jacket without feeling bulky. At the same time, it's reassuring to know you're getting CE Level 2 protection if you ever need it. The build quality is exactly what I've come to expect from Mosko Moto: thoughtfully designed, durable, and built to last.

They're definitely a premium option, but the comfort, fit, and protection make them well worth the price. I'd buy them again without hesitation.

Very Good

I just wore both the elbow and knee pads on a 5-day 1,400 mile moto camping trip doing the Lost Coast BDR and I really liked these pads. They are hardly even noticeable and no chaffing with the knee pads which has been a common issue for me with other pads. Now I just need Mosko to make a shirt with shoulder pads built in and I can finally complete my ADV riding kit. Thank you Mosko Moto for making another great product.
